Function createExpandInstruction

createExpandInstruction(accounts, programId?): TransactionInstruction
Creates a Expand instruction.
Parameters
- accounts: ExpandInstructionAccounts
  that will be accessed while the instruction is processed
- programId: PublicKey = ...
Returns TransactionInstruction
- Defined in client/ts/src/manifest/instructions/Expand.ts:44
